Doing it this way you avoid a lot of governmental issues. A private contract is cover by USC, Art.1, Sect. 10 which pre-dates any OHSA, SS, Workmen&#039;s Comp. and other employee/employer laws and cannot be ruled against without a change to the US Constitution. You will not be an employer.</description>

Failure to do so exposes you to liability. Sometimes people get hurt, it happens. If you are acting in good faith and do everything you can to prevent it and everything you can to help them in the aftermath, you&#039;ll be okay.</description>
